Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature and rapid delivery of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following packages:
Boat History Report Package (Report delivered within 12 hours)
Yacht History Report Package (report delivered within 12 hours)
Jet-ski History Report Package (Report delivered within 12 hours)
By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Dispute Resolution
Please note that if you attempt to dispute any charges, we will not entertain any disputes. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications, and prior to completing your purchase, you were clearly informed of our no-refund policy. We will provide supporting documentation as evidence in any dispute resolution process, but no refund or chargeback will be granted.
Non-Refundable Complaints
